BOTTOM PAINT
Whether you need your boat bottom painted for the first time or a couple of new coats for the summer season, we’ll take care of it for you!
The Basic Bottom Paint Package includes:

Pressure wash up to 1/2 hr.

2 weeks of lay days (no yard fees during this period – OK to schedule add'l services)

This package does not include paint or zincs. Rates subject to hull inspection.

PAINT
We utilize an Ice Blaster to strip bottom paint. This revolutionary machine uses dry ice rather than sand to clean and prep surfaces. Dry ice blasting uses recycled solid carbon dioxide (CO2) pellets or MicroParticles, which are blasted at supersonic speeds and sublimate on impact, lifting dirt and contaminants off the underlying substrate. Dry ice cleaning is non-abrasive, non-conductive, non-toxic, and non-flammable. It is also chemical free, water free and does not create secondary waste streams. For more information, visit Cold Jet.
At SEA Marine, we also collect waste water from pressure washing and separate the solids so none of the runoff goes back into the marina.
We use dustless sanders connected to high volume vacuum cleaners to minimize debris released into the atmosphere.
